The Bay County Artificial Reef Association (BCARA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to building reefs on the Gulf floor. The Gulf is barren place. By creating reef structures, we provide vital habitat for Gulf reef species—giving them a place to grow, reproduce, and thrive.
